(A) General

Suntec City Music in the City Giveaway requires participants to (1) Like the giveaway post (2) Follow us at @sunteccity, @iamnotagirl and @guitarstreet (3) Guess the song title and comment. 20 lucky winners will be selected from the Suntec City Facebook or Instagram contest post based on the criteria stated to win Suntec City e-Vouchers worth $30. By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and Suntec City.

(B) Eligibility

1) This contest is open to persons who, on the date of entry, are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.

2) Only one entry per Instagram account is allowed, duplicate entries will be considered void and will be subject to disqualification.

3) Winners must be Suntec+ members in order to be eligible for their prize.

4) Employees of APM Property Management Pte Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, media agencies, creative agencies, digital agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

5) Submissions past the end date and time will not be eligible for the prize.

6) Suntec City has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the contest without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.

(C) Contest Mechanics

The Contest commences on 13 December 2023, 12pm and ends on 19 December 2023, 11.59pm (“Contest Period”).

The shortlisted winners will be given further instructions on how to collect their prize on 21 December 2023. Failure to respond by 24 December 2023 will result in forfeit of the prize. Each participant is only entitled to one chance to win the Prize. Repeated entries will not be eligible to win.

(D) Terms & Conditions

1) Suntec City may without notice or liability to any party: i. Vary these Terms & Conditions or discontinue the contest; or ii. Substitute, withdraw or cancel any Prize without disclosing any reason and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.

2) The decision of Suntec City on all matters relating to or in connection with the contest is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

3) By participating in the contest, all participants agree to release and hold harmless Suntec City from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection, either directly or indirectly, with the following: i. The awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any Prize or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the contest; or ii. The participation in the contest, or any Prize-related activities including without limitation, any error in computing any breakdown, or malfunctioning of any computer system or equipment.

4) By opening a Instagram Account and using any services, products or features of Instagram for the purposes of the contest (including without limitation, uploading any materials onto these platforms), each participant is fully liable and responsible for complying with all terms and conditions as may be imposed by these platforms, and Suntec City shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for such account and usage. Comments, photos, and video responses posted to Suntec City are also subject to the terms of use of these platforms. Your comments are public and available to anyone visiting these platforms.

5) Inappropriate comments/posts will be immediately removed at the discretion of Suntec City.

6) Suntec City will fully cooperate with any law enforcement and government authorities and any judicial or regulatory orders requesting copies of or information in relation to any postings or content.

7) Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Suntec City and its advertising and promotional agencies to use the Winner’s name, and/or likeness and their winning entries without additional compensation for purposes relating to and arising out of the Contest unless prohibited by law.

8) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore for every purpose and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

9) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.
