In collaboration with Urban Yogis, join us every Monday in an energizing yoga flow accompanied by upbeat tunes to get your week started in the right way.

These multi-level classes are structured with a balance of stretch, strength, mobility, and fun. Designed with movements that will make you feel good in your own body and led by instructors who will meet you where you are in your practice. Open to all levels of practitioners from the novice to the experienced.

Classes at Suntec Plaza are FREE and limited to a number of capacity. We request that you make bookings only for classes that you intend to join.  No-shows may result in restrictions from booking future free classes and events with Urban Yogis or Suntec City. Please remember to bring along your own yoga mat.
